Executive Departments and Administration (ED&A) heard a number of bills on Wednesday, February 1st. A short session of the full House was held on Thursday, with a number of debates. The highlight of the day was a bill to adopt Atlantic Time (with no clock change for Daylight Savings Time), if Massachusetts does the same.
